The moment you step into the Hyatt you are greeted with exceptional customers service. Front desk and reception begin your stay with the highest quality customer service. The room was made up perfectly with every need addressed and being acceptionally clean with great views of the city. The luxury continues with the pool on the roof with views overlooking the city. Bar next to the pool offer drinks with local tastes continuing with the ability to sit look out to city in the comfy seating. The restaurant as wonderful food with both local and international tastes. We had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet that was beautiful in presentation and great tastes. Before our stay ended we also enjoyed room service of comfort foods that hit the spot. We also used the Hyatt pick and drop off service that took away any travel worries from airport to city. Highly recommend Hyatt if staying in Peru and take moments to be pampered.

In Hyatt Centric, nights four, I found a stay so grand, San Isidro's calls for work, in Lima's lively land. Check-in swift as morning breeze, with smiles warmly lit, Staff like friends in cheerful guise, in every gesture, wit. Breakfast tables richly spread, with benedict delights, Eggs that whisper tales of taste, in morning's early lights. Rooftop bar, a skyward gem, where drinks do dance and sing, Lima's canvas stretches wide, as evening shadows cling. Nestled 'mongst the vibrant streets, where bars and eats abound, Every corner, every turn, new pleasures to be found. Hospitality's fine art, in every detail shown, In Hyatt's embrace I lay, as if in home my own. From lofty heights, the city's heart in twilight's golden glow, A tapestry of lights and life, a vibrant, pulsing show. Here memories are woven, in threads of joy and ease, A traveler's haven, calm and bright, designed to charm and please. So, to the Hyatt Centric's doors, should fate my steps direct, With gratitude, I'll enter in, respect and fond regard elect. For in its walls, I found much more than just a place to stay, A chapter in my journey's book, a light along the way.

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel on our last night in Lima which just happened to coincide with my 50th. The staff was terrific and treated me to cake to the room and at breakfast. The breakfast was one of the very best we have ever experienced in any hotel across the world with abundant choices for even the most particular tastes. We dined in the restaurant on the evening and had our best meal in Peru. Couldn’t recommend a stay here highly enough.

Breakfast was great. It offered a lot of options. Rooms were comfortable and one of the best beds I have slept in in a a while. Location was quite convenient, near restaurants and main roads. All the staff were cordial and well trained. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is amazing! Lots of variety, there's something for every different taste. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool because it only serves 7am-7pm, but it is really beautiful.
